Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, but we may issue refunds or replacements at our discretion for orders that are incorrect, damaged, or not delivered as specified.

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed and prepared for delivery. Once an order is in transit or has been delivered, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
